Landon Eckhardt brings his extensive expertise in nonprofit strategy and operations to his role as Interim COO at Embers International. As the Founder & Managing Member of Out East Solutions, Landon has partnered with nonprofits to optimize financial systems, streamline operations, and develop sustainable fundraising strategies.

In addition to his consulting achievements, Landon served as Director of Development at Christian Union and held development leadership roles at The Bowery Mission, where he managed donor portfolios and drove revenue growth. Holding an M.Div./M.B.A. in Economic Development from Eastern University and a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from Samford University, Landon combines strategic insight with a results-driven approach to ensure Embers International’s mission thrives.

Landon and his wife, Amanda, currently live in New York City, enjoy going Out East on weekends, are avid foodies, coffee lovers, and enjoy spending quality time with family and friends.
